Located on the quieter east end of Thomas Drive, these condos are directly on the Gulf of Mexico, providing stunning views of the emerald waters and sugar-white sands. Each unit spans approximately 2,400 to 2,800 square feet, featuring a large, full-length balcony accessible from the living room and beachfront bedrooms, perfect for enjoying sunrise coffees or sunset cocktails. The condos are designed for comfort and elegance, with open-plan living areas that include a spacious living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, stainless steel refrigerators, microwaves, wall ovens, and Keurig coffee makers. Some units feature wet bars with ice makers and updated amenities like solid maple cabinets and quartz countertops. The master bedroom includes a king bed, a luxurious en-suite bath with a jetted whirlpool tub, a walk-in shower, dual sinks, and a walk-in closet. The additional three bedrooms with king and queen beds, and each have private bathrooms, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guest Amenities include free Wi-Fi, flat-screen smart TVs in all rooms (ranging from 40” to 65”), and a full-sized washer and dryer in a dedicated laundry room. Free beach chair service (two sets of chairs and an umbrella) is provided from March 1 to October 31, jet-ski rental, parasail, banana boat are available thru our beach service. Handicap ramp from condo to the beach. Beach wheel chairs rentals will deliver a beach wheel chair to the Princess.

We spent a couple months during the winter at Princess Condo Rentals. Our stay was peaceful, the facility is well kept, fitness room has new equipment and having the added bonus of the beach chairs included was heavenly. The owner was helpful when there were things that needed to be addressed during our stay. The management was always willing to help when needed. Overall a great place to stay and call home. Can’t wait to go back next winter.
